Arthur Bucchianeri

Arthur Bucchianeri, 84, of Lemont Furnace, formerly of Belle Vernon Rostraver Twp., passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at Peroni Personal Care Home, Uniontown. Born February 4, 1940 in Dunlevy, PA he was the son of the late Guido and Eleanora Checchi Bucchianeri. Art was a member of St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church, Monessen, was employed with US Army Corps Engineers building numerous Locks, Dams, & Bridges and later employed with US Steel. He was a member of the Fayette City-Washington Twp. Lions Club, life member of West Newton Sportsman Club and Fairhope Rod and Gun Club, and a social member of the Uniontown Am Vets.

He is survived by his second wife Elvie Field Glover Bucchianeri; nieces Theana Haag, Valerie Clement, Geraldine Linn McQuilin; nephew Chris Kokias; stepdaughters Debie, Shelley & Tammy and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his first wife Pauline Manos Bucchianeri

Visitation will be held Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183. Funeral services will be held Friday at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC at 10:00 AM with the Pastor Bryan Kelley officiating.  Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The family would wish to extend a very special thank you to the nurses and staff at OSPTA Hospice for their loving care and support.
