Carl M. Fayak Jr.

Carl M. Fayak Jr., 57, of Schnecksville, formerly of Belle Vernon, died Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest Hospital, Allentown.  Born March 25, 1959 in N. Charleroi, PA he was the son of the late Carl Fayak and Josephine Pasqua Fayak of North Belle Vernon.   A resident of Schnecksville for the past 20 years, Mr. Fayak was a member of St. Sebastian R.C. Church, Belle Vernon, and was a sales manager for Lehigh Patio Rooms.  Carl was a devoted father to his daughter Cara Mia, enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, always had a smile on his face and was loved by everybody.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his daughter Cara Mia Fayak of Schnecksville; sister & brother in law Carla Fayak & husband Bernie Collins of McMurray, niece Michol Miller, nephew Steve Miller and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.  Prayer Service will be held Monday at 9:30 am in the funeral home followed by funeral mass at 10:00 am at St. Sebastian R.C. Church with the Rev. Msgr. Roger A. Statnick Pastor as celebrant.  Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Members of St. Sebastian parish will pray the rosary for the departed soul of Carl Fayak Sunday at 3 pm in the funeral home.
