Carla (Simon) Phillips

Carla Simon Phillips, 62, of Perryopolis, Perry Twp., passed away Monday, March 13, 2023 at Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown.  Born January 1, 1961 in Homestead, PA she was the daughter of the late Fred and Thelma Carlino Simon.  A resident of Perryopolis for the past 30 years, Carla worked at Jefferson Hospital in physician referral and had a passionate love for her dogs.

She is survived by her husband Thomas Phillips to whom she was married 30 years.  She is preceded in death by her sister Linda Fluman.

Visitation will be held Friday from 4-7:30 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 191 Liberty St. Perryopolis, PA 724-736-2515 followed by funeral services at 7:30 PM.  Donations in memory of Carla can be made to Animal Friends 562 Camp Horne Rd.  Pittsburgh PA 15237 or to SAD Tails Rescue 412-974-8124.
