Catherine (Caputo) Misher

Catherine Caputo Misher, 99, of Belle Vernon, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2022 at Dunlevy Gardens.  Born December 10, 1922 in Rostraver Twp., she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Alessio Caputo.  A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Mrs. Misher was a member of St. Sebastian R.C. Church, Belle Vernon and enjoyed being a homemaker and taking care of her family.

She is survived by son & daughter in law Joe Misher Jr. & wife Loretta of Belle Vernon and numerous nieces & nephews.  She is preceded in death by her husband Joe Misher Sr. (1/23/2010); a brother Joe Caputo and two sisters Rose Teano and Virginia Swantek.

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5-7 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.  Prayers of Transfer will be held Wednesday at 9:00 am in the funeral home followed by funeral mass at 9:30 am at St. Sebastian R.C. Church with the Rev. Michael J. Crookston as celebrant.  Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
