Charles Leeper

Charles Leeper, 71, of Perryopolis, formerly of North Belle Vernon, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2023 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born July 22, 1952 in N. Charleroi, PA he was the son of the late Donald G. and June Cain Leeper.  Having previously residing in North Belle Vernon Charles was a resident of Perryopolis for the past 16 years, a member of Rehoboth Presbyterian Church, Rostraver, was a veteran of the US Air Force and was a retired service technician from Xerox Corp.  He was a Belle Vernon High School graduate Class of 1970, enjoyed remodeling and fixing thing around the house always enjoying the challenges of home repair and maintenance.

He is survived by his wife Nancy Davin Leeper to whom he married 49 years; niece Jodi Basile & Fiance Brian Roche; nephews Sam Harris, Nathan Mankin; two great nephews Joshua Mima, Jacob Mima; brother & sister in law Donald & Debra Leeper of North Wales; two sisters & brother in law Linda Sue & David Price of Warrington and Elaine Harris of West Bradenton, FL.  He is preceded in death by his sister Lenore Mankin and sister in law Kathryn Basile.
