Charles W. Usher, 83, of Belle Vernon, Rostraver Twp., passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born June 17, 1937 in Pricedale, PA he was the son of the late John and Margaret Irene Cochenour Usher. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon area, Mr. Usher enjoyed restoring old cars especially his 1941 Chevy Deluxe, enjoyed golfing, and trap shooting winning several competitions.
He is survived by his wife Shirley A. Biddle Usher whom he married Aug. 30, 1954; four children Linda (Howie) Hill, Charles (Tressa) Usher Jr., Brenda (Mark) Neth, Paula (Kenno) Usher; 14 grandchildren Brandon, Nathan, Garrett, Delana, Holly, Brayden, Brent, Presley, Devin, Tiffany, Charles III, Brennan, Nolan & Alea; 15 great grandchildren; brother & sister in law George & Judy Usher; pet dog Shadow, many nieces and nephews and special friends Scott & the Silbaugh family. He is preceded in death by a brother John W. Usher and two sisters Marie Cocca and Betty Evangelist. The family would also wish to extend a special thank you to Pastor John Custer for his many visits and especially his prayers.
