Dorothy Wilkinson

Dorothy C. Hega Wilkinson, 90, formerly of Charleroi, died Saturday, December 24, 2016 at 12:20 pm at Washington County Health Center, Washington.  Born January 13, 1926 in N. Charleroi, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary Cherven Hega.   A lifelong resident of Charleroi, she was a member of Mary Mother of the Church, Charleroi.  Dorothy was one of God's greatest gems and she loved every part of being a homemaker, her family was her life and meant the world to her.

She is survived by her son & daughter in law William & Sandra Wilkinson of Charleroi; daughter Laura Lee Pascoe of Elizabeth; four grandchildren Renee Fazekas, Marnie Wilkinson, Carrie Paton and husband Rich, Jeffrey Rhodes and wife Amy; six great grandchildren Christian Pfrogner, Cooper Pfrogner, Gavin Fazekas, Maya Besterci, Hannah Rhodes, Noah Rhodes.  She is preceded in death by her husband William F. Wilkinson (4/29/2006); four brothers; six sisters and a son in law Charles 'Chas' Pascoe (2013).

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.  Prayers of Transfer will be held Wednesday at 9:30 am in the funeral home followed by funeral mass at 10:00 am at St. Sebastian R.C. Church with the Rev. Msgr. Roger A. Statnick Pastor as celebrant.  Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
