Evelyn E. Bobbs

Evelyn E. Bellan Bobbs, 92, of Belle Vernon, Rostraver Twp., died Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Mon Valley Hospital, Carroll Twp.  Born July 15, 1925 in S. Huntingdon, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Emma Pohley Bellan.  A resident of Belle Vernon for the past 70 years, Mrs. Bobbs was a member of Lynnwood Lutheran Church, Belle Vernon.  Mrs. Bobbs was a retired grocery clerk from Sadowski's And Toth's Markets and also enjoyed quilting and jig saw puzzles.

She is survived by a son Randall K. Bobbs Sr. of North Belle Vernon, daughter & son in law Kathleen & Jim Palfrey of Rostraver Twp.; six grandchildren Laura Reppert & husband Todd, Ronald Naylor & wife Colleen, Randall K. Bobbs Jr., Sandra Ann Painter & husband John, Steve Bobbs & wife Margaret, Alan Bobbs & wife Evette; 14 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband Charles W.  Bobbs Jr. and sister Eleanor Stahl.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 6-8 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.  Funeral services will be held Friday at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations at 10:00 AM with Pastor Matthew Stabe of Lynnwood Lutheran Church officiating.  Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
