Jonnie A. Bird

Jonnie A. Segin Bird, 66, of Perryopolis, Jefferson Twp., passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown.  Born January 31, 1953 in N. Charleroi, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Sarah Culp Segin.  A resident of Perryopolis for the past 50 years, Mrs. Bird was a member of the First Christian Church of Fayette City, was a member of the former Curfew Grange, Flatwoods was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with and taking care of her family.

She is survived by two daughters & son in law Louise & Glenn Thomas of Grindstone, Kristie Bird of Pleasant Hills; two sons Daniel Bird of Perryopolis, Matthew Bird of Pleasant Hills; three grandchildren Victoria Thomas, Brittney Thomas, Tiffany Thomas two sisters & brother in law Nancy & Leonard Cole of Belle Vernon, Rosalie Segin of Belle Vernon and an aunt Rosalie Rhodaback of Belle Vernon.  She is preceded in death by her husband Charles M.  Bird (4/9/2018) and an uncle Gerald Rhodaback.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations, Family Owned and Operated, 191 Liberty St. Perryopolis, PA 724-736-2515.  Funeral services will be held Monday at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Wayne R. Boring of First Christian Church of Fayette City officiating.  Interment will take place in LaFayette Memorial Park.
