Loretta M. (Davis) Aul

Loretta M. Davis Aul, 90, of Belle Vernon, Washington Twp., passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at her home.  Born December 2, 1931 in Greensburg, PA she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Choker Davis.  A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Mrs. Aul was a member of St. Sebastian R.C. Church where she served as a Eucharistic Minister and also at the former Holy Spirit RC Church.  She enjoyed writing poetry and working in the garden with her husband George.

She is survived by her daughter & son in law Kimberly & Anthony Bettile of Canfield, OH. son George F. Aul of Belle Vernon, three grandchildren Anthony Bettile, Brittany Bettile, Jessica Aul, sister & brother-in-law Mary Lou & Frank Heilman of Belle Vernon and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.  She is preceded in death by her husband George B. Aul.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 2-6 pm at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.  Prayers of Transfer will be held Friday at 11:30 am in the funeral home followed by funeral mass at 12:00 pm at St. Sebastian R.C. Church with the Rev. Michael J. Crookston as celebrant.  Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in memory of Loretta M. Aul to St. Sebastian RC Church.

Loretta knew there was a brighter light, then the Lord reached out His hand and she gently and humbly walked with Him.
