Paul D. Scagline

Paul D. Scagline, 89, of Belle Vernon, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2023 at Premier Washington Health Center, Washington.  Born November 5, 1933 in Belle Vernon, PA he was the son of the late Frank and Anna DeRose Scaglione.  A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Mr. Scagline was a member of St. Sebastian RC Church.  Mr. Scagline was a retired long haul truck driver and car salesman.  He was a veteran of the Korean War where he served in the US Air Force from 1952-1957 and was a member of the Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659.

He is survived by his children Helen Evans of Belle Vernon, Samuel Scagline of Charleroi, Paula & Danny McPartland of Greensburg, Mary Henderson of Charleroi, Frances Scagline of Dawson, brother Frank Scaglione of Belle Vernon, brother & sister in law Thomas & Joan Scaglione of Belle Vernon, 26 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife Romaine Boyce Scagline and three children Russell H. Boyce, Wanetta 'Pete' Scagline and Paul T. Scagline.

Visitation will be held Monday from 5-7:30 PM followed by funeral services at 7:30 PM in the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.

Interment will take place in Cemetery of the Alleghenies.  The Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659 will conduct services Monday at 6:30 PM in the funeral home
