Richard Andrew Dubinsky

Richard Andrew Dubinsky, 71, of Rostraver Twp., Fellsburg, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 18, 2025. Rich was born on December 7, 1953 in N. Charleroi, he was the son of the late Joseph and Ann Nogy Dubinsky and stepmother Irene Trappen Dubinsky. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Mr. Dubinsky was Catholic by faith and a retired director of operations from PDS Industries in Irwin. He was a member of the Pricedale Russian Club and Naomi Athletic Club. Rich enjoyed spending time at his camp with his family and singing along with his juke box. He spent many years coaching and watching his daughters play sports and also enjoyed watching his grandchildren compete in multiple sports.

He is survived by his loving wife Debby Blair Dubinsky to whom he would have been married 53 years on February 19th; two daughters and son in law Rayann Dubinsky of Belle Vernon, Allyson and Jeff Lee of Belle Vernon;; four grandchildren, Cody and Cailey Menges, Casey Menges and Cameron Frolo, Colton Lee, Saylor Lee; great granddaughter Cecilia Menges; brother and sister in law Joseph and Donna Dubinsky of Franklin; brother in law and sister in law Danny Ray and Tess Blair of Belle Vernon; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his sister and brother in law Patricia and Mike Battista. 

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC at 10:00 AM. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
