Church and St. Barbara R.C. Church, Bridgeville. Robert retired from the Port Authority of Allegheny County. Survived by wife, Cindy Sebrosky Semancik; daughters, Amy and Carlos Diaz of Suwanee, GA, Allison Semancik and Ian Tacher of Miami, FL, and Rachel Semancik of Duluth, GA; sisters, Patricia and Siegfried Troeger of Guatemala City and Maryann and Wayne Davis of Los Angeles, CA; and two grandchildren. Preceded by brother, Michael P. Semancik. Visitation Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-6183.
