Rosalie R. Segin

Rosalie R. Segin, 53, of North Belle Vernon, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born February 10, 1969 in N. Charleroi, PA she was the daughter of the late Michael and Sarah E. Culp Segin. A lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area, Mrs. Segin was a member of the First Christian Church of Fayette City where she also helped teach Sunday School, taught library and English at the Belle Vernon Area Middle School and High School, enjoyed reading and watching movies.

She is survived by a sister & brother in law Nancy Sue & Leonard Cole of Belle Vernon; seven nieces and nephews Michael Cole, Lenance Ashbaugh, Chris Cole, Louise Thomas, Kristie Bird, Daniel Bird and Matthew Bird.  She is preceded in death by her sister Jonnie Bird and an aunt & uncle Rosalie & Gerald Rhodaback who helped raise her.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 5th from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC at 10:00 AM with the Rev. Wayne R. Boring of First Christian Church of Fayette City officiating.  Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
