Sean A. Rossi

TO: Pittsburgh It is with deep sorrow that we announce the unexpected death of Sean Rossi of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 28, 2024, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. 

Sean was known by many. peoples would describe Sean to others as thoughtful, kind and respectful to all.  Sean was a shift supervisor for GMS mining and maintenance company of Waynesburg, PA. He was a loyal employee who worked many many hours whenever needed.  He had a knack for fixing just about anything and an ambition to be successful. 

He enjoyed traveling to the coastal beaches, the open country to fish and hunt. He enjoyed learning to golf an exceptional bowler and was an avid sports fan. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and those he cherished most. 

 He is survived by: his parents, Michael Rossi (Darlene) of Clairton and Marybeth Hudson of Monessen; his brother David Rossi of Monessen; his aunts, Kathleen (Joseph Barbara) and Kathryn (Michael Greco); and many cousins with special mention of his second cousin Shannon O'Brien and Michael of Waynesburg whom he loved as a son.

 The family would like to mention a special thank you to Michael Berry and E.J. Carroll of Waynesburg, PA, for their friendship and hospitality for Sean. 

 Visitation will be held Thursday from 6-7:30 PM followed by funeral services at 7:30 PM with Rev. Michael Thomas of St. Sebastian R.C. Church officiating at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183. 

 In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping Sean's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
